Normally our process is like this: We start with a short phone call in which we have the opportunity to get to know each other briefly and clarify initial questions. If you and we think it makes sense to continue to follow up on your application, we will ask you to do a short online assessment (no need to freak out). The next step is then a more in-depth interview in which we can get to know each other personally. Finally, we reserve the right to make one or two telephone calls with two reference persons of your choice (former colleagues/supervisors).

We work in a results-oriented manner. To achieve this, we jointly agree on appropriate goals. How you achieve them is up to you. We think it is fair that we have to check the goals if you can do the work in 2 hours a day. However, we will do this even if you have to make an effort to get it done without overtime.

According to the current circumstances, a large part of our team works from home. Our working structures are completely remote. We will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Nevertheless, we offer our employees the opportunity to work in the office. However, we also believe that regular communication outside of work is important and therefore try to see each other in person or online as often as possible at various events.
No, there isn't. You will often see one of the founders wearing a shirt and another in a T-shirt. Both are fine for us and we are happy that everyone brings in their own individual style. Within the appropriate framework, of course, because we are not sure if everyone would be able to cope with the sight of a Mankini.
