Normally our process consists of 3-4 steps: After sending the application documents, you will receive an email from Join where you will be asked to follow a link to play neuroscientific games. The games are focused on learning more about your cognitive abilities and personality. The reason why we work with these games is that we want to ensure that our evaluation of you as a candidate is executed in an unbiased manner and based on your potential, personality and strengths. We therefore want to provide you the opportunity to show more of yourself than just your resume.
When your application documents and the results from the neuroscientific games convinced us, we will invite you to a short phone call in which we have the opportunity to get to know each other briefly. If the both of us agree to follow up on your application, we will invite you to a more in-depth interview to better get to know each other. Finally, we reserve the right to make one or two phone calls with reference persons of your own choice.
We do, all year round. Apply quickly if you want to learn first-hand how to build a sustainable business in a cool environment. It would be desirable if you have already studied for at least 2 semesters or have completed a vocational training.

According to the current circumstances, a large part of our team works from home. Our working structures are completely remote. We will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Nevertheless, we offer our employees the opportunity to work in the office. However, we also believe that regular communication outside of work is important and therefore we try to see each other in person or online as often as possible at various events.
No, we don’t have a dress code. You will often see one of the founders wearing a shirt and another in a t-shirt. Both are fine for us and we are happy that everyone brings in their own individual style. Within the appropriate framework, of course, because we are not sure if everyone would be able to cope with the sight of a Mankini.
