Normally, our process consists of 3-4 steps: After sending the application documents, you will receive an automated email where you will be asked to follow a link to play some neuroscientific games. The games are focused on learning more about your cognitive abilities and personality. The reason why we work with these games is that we want to ensure that our evaluation of you as a candidate is executed in an unbiased manner and is based on your potential, personality, and strengths. We therefore want to give you the opportunity to show more of yourself than just your resume.
When your application documents and the results from the neuroscientific games convinced us, we will invite you to a short phone call in which we have the opportunity to get to know each other briefly. If the both of us agree to follow up on your application, we will invite you to a more in-depth interview. Finally, we reserve the right to make one or two phone calls with reference persons of your own choice.
We do, all year round. Apply quickly if you want to learn first-hand how to build a sustainable business in a cool environment. It would be desirable if you have already studied for at least 2 semesters or have completed a vocational training.
Yes we do! We can discuss a part-time solution for any listed position (except for internships).
Our working structures are completely remote. We will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Nevertheless, we offer our employees the opportunity to work in the office - a co-working space in a prime location in Berlin and London. However, we also believe that regular communication outside of work is important and therefore we try to see each other in person or online as often as possible at various events.
